Mr. Greiper is the president and founding partner of Viridian Capital Advisors. He has had a distinguished 20-year career in the technology, security, and IT sectors as both a research analyst and investment banker, and is known as a driver of enterprise value for emerging growth companies. Mr. Greiper is also the president and founder of Secure Strategy Group, which provides capital, strategic advisory, and M&A services to growth companies in the technology, security, and IT markets. Previously, Mr. Greiper was a principal and senior analyst at C. E. Unterberg, Towbin, where he covered public companies in the global security industry and was consistently ranked as one of the top analysts in the sector. He has been involved in raising more than $400 million for both public and private companies and has completed a range of M&A assignments. Mr. Greiper attended the Executive MBA program at Columbia University and holds a B. A. in economics from the University of Chicago. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Ambassador Ned L. Siegel
Mr. Siegel advises our clients on issues relating to corporate governance, political/legislative affairs, capital raising, and general strategy. Mr. Siegel was appointed by then President George W. Bush as the U.S. Ambassador to the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, a position in which he served from October 2007 to January 2009. He was also appointed by President Bush to serve under Ambassador John R. Bolton at the United Nations in New York, serving as the senior advisor to the U.S. Mission and as the United States representative to the 61st Session of the United Nations General Assembly. Prior to his ambassadorship, he was appointed to the board of directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). In addition to his public service, Ambassador Siegel has over 30 years of entrepreneurial successes. Presently, he is chairman of the board of The Siegel Group, a multi-disciplined international business management advisory firm specializing in infrastructure, real estate, ports, energy, utilities, technology, and financial services. Ambassador Siegel serves on the board of directors and advisory boards of numerous public and private companies as well as private equity groups.
Mr. Kleidman, as an attorney and an experienced public and private equity investor with over 30 years of investing experience, advises our clients on SEC, M&A, corporate, and legal matters. For the past 12 years, he has worked with private equity/hedge funds including BelHealth Investment Fund, Vison Capital Advisors, and ComVest, where he directed investments in micro and small cap public and private companies in privately negotiated transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Kleidman served as managing director and head of corporate finance for Commonwealth Associates, where he managed or co–managed over 75 public offerings, 24 private placement transactions, and was financial advisor in connection with over 10 M&A, strategic partnership, or restructuring transactions. Prior, he was an attorney with the law firm of Shea & Gould for approximately 10 years after becoming a partner in 1992. At Shea & Gould, he was primarily involved with representing investment banking firms, private equity firms, and private and public companies in connection with public offerings, private placements, and merger and acquisition transactions.

Mr. Swartz leads all modeling and valuation work for the firm’s M&A and fund raising assignments. He served as co-portfolio manager for the Osprey Financial Group, where he analyzed publicly traded companies with market capitalizations from $50 million to $1 billion and prepared buy-side equity reports containing recommendations and original valuations derived from fundamental & technical analysis. In addition, Mr. Swartz served as the fund’s Asian economist, analyzing economic and geopolitical factors and assessing the Asia-Pacific region for attractive investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Swartz worked as an analyst at TBG Holdings, assisting clients with researching strategic options as it relates to market opportunities, competitive positioning, and allocation of resources. Mr. Swartz holds a B.B.A. in finance and minor in criminal justice from the University of North Florida.

Mr. Phillips works on all modeling and valuation work for the firm’s M&A and fund raising assignments as well as research and drafting efforts for the firm’s reports. He served as co-portfolio manager for the University of North Florida’s Student Managed Investment Fund, Osprey Financial Group, where he analyzed publicly traded companies with little or no analyst coverage and prepared buy-side equity reports containing investment recommendations and valuations derived from fundamental & technical analysis. In addition, Mr. Phillips served as the fund’s statistician, analyzing and tracking the portfolio’s performance, volatility, and other metrics against established benchmarks and market indices. Previously, Mr. Phillips worked in implementation at Black Diamond Performance Reporting, identifying assets via client-specified asset classification schema, managing client accounts, and writing Microsoft Excel VBA macros to assist with team functions. Prior, Mr. Phillips worked as an analyst for Brower Financial Group, researching and comparing investments opportunities as well as executing trades and managing client portfolios in coordination with the firm’s broker dealer. Mr. Phillips holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of North Florida.
