Hummus: $4.50
Creamy pita bread dip made of boiled garbanzo beans, blended with lemon juice, garlic and sesame seed paste (tahini). Served with a hint of paprkia on top.

Baila: $4.50

Garbanzo beans boiled in olive oil, with cumin and pine nuts. Served hot.

Baba Channounge: $6.00
Pita bread dimp made of roasted eggplant blended with lemon juice, garlic, and sesame paste (tahini). Served with a hint of paprika and parsley on top.

Labneh: $4.50
Thick, drained yougurt mixed with garlic and dried mint, topped with black olives. Excellent pita bread dip.

Garlic Yougurt: $4.50

Lebanese style yougurt mixed with garlic, dried mint and cucumbers.

Mousakaa: $6.00
Cassarole style. Fired eggplant, sauted with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and garlic. Served hot or cold.

Grape Leaves: $6.00
Your choice of vegetarian or meat version. Stuffed with either rice, tomato, onions, and spices, cooked in lemon juice or with seasoned rice and ground beef.

Arayess: $6.50
Kafta beef thinly spread between two layers of pita bread then grilled.

Kibbeh Balls: $7.00
A mix of finely ground beef and cracked wheat stuffed with seasoned ground beef, pine nuts and onions then fried.

Kibbeh Naeh: $7.00 (Served Friday thru Sunday only.)

Raw seasoned ground beef mixed with cracked wheat, fresh basil, mint, red pepper paste and spices. Served with onions and fresh mint.


Habra Naeh: $7.00 (Server Friday thru Sunday only.)

Raw finely gound beef mixed with red pepper paste and spices. Served with lebanese garlic sauce.

Halloummi Cheese: $5.50

Served with tomatoes and dried mint.

Falafel: $6.00

Vegeterian patties. Fried mix of garbanzo beans, garlic, parsley and sesame seeds. Served with parsley, tomatoes, onions, summac, pickled turnips and tahini sauce.

Sougouk: $7.00

Armenian syle spicy sausage served in slices with tomatoes and pickles.

Makanek: $7.00

Lebanese style link sausage grilled and served with lemon, pickles, grilled tomatoes and onions.

Basterma: $6.00

Dried spicy beef served cold with labneh as a sauce, tomatoes and pickles.

Cauliflowers: $6.00

Fried then mixed with tahini sauce and dried parsley.

Artichoke Bottoms, Hearts or Full: $6.00

Boiled then mixed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
